St Feuillien Cuvée de Noël (ABV 9%) has a generous head - compact and firm. Its dark ruby brown color and intense aroma are the result of the use of roasted barley malt and special herbs and spices in the brewing process.

Carefully controlled fermentation and long cold storage ensure a full-bodied smoothness. A subtle bitterness perfectly balances fruit and caramelized malt notes. Corked Magnum bottle (1.5 liters) in holiday gift box.

Brasserie St. Feuillien ("Foo-Yen") had its start in the 7th century, when an Irish monk named Foylan or Foillan—a name which later was translated into the more French "Feuillien"—was killed in the village of Le Roeulx. A chapel was built in his honor, which, over time, became the Abbey St. Feuillien du Roeulx. The abbey featured a brewery to support itself, but was destroyed in the French Revolution. In 1873 the Friart family resumed brewing operations and to this day a portion of the proceeds is donated to charitable causes around the world, making St. Feuillien one of Belgium's oldest and most authentic Abbey Ales.
