The Brasserie de l'Abbaye des Rocs was founded by Jean-Pierre Eloir and Marie-Jeanne Bertiau in Montignies-sur-Roc in 1979, and is currently managed by their daughter, Nathalie Eloir. Their brews, full of character and charm, are unfiltered, and made with only well water, yeast, pure malt, hop cones and natural herbs. No sugar is added.
