BOM Brewery (Belgian Original Malt Bakery and Brewery) is the creation of Bert Van Hecke, who hires another brewery's kettles to brew his own beers, convinced that it is not kettles that make the beer, but the malt baker & the brewer. He develops unique new malt roasts for every beer.
